General Return Policy
At Two Brothers Pet Supply, your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide every customer with a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return that item within 30 days of your receipt of the purchased item, subject to the following limitations:
After 30 days, from the date the order is received, all sales transactions are considered final. The items are not returnable and are subsequently non-refundable after 30 days has elapsed.

After we process your request for an RMA, you will receive an e-mail notification (sent to the e-mail address provided when the order was placed) with the RMA number and complete return shipping instructions. If you did not provide us with an e-mail address, or your e-mail is no longer active, please provide us with a new e-mail, or we will send the instructions out via US Mail.
All returned merchandise is subject to thorough inspection by Two Brothers Pet Supply. Please be Advised that all items being returned must be in NEW, UNUSED, and RESALABLE condition. Items that are not returned in said condition will be refused by Two Brothers Pet Supply. If an item is refused this means that it will be will be returned to the customer without refund.
All items returned in a new, unused and resalable condition will be credited for the actual cost of the item. All shipping costs incurred by Two Brothers Pet Supply are not refundable, as shipping is an exhaustible service. Furthermore, those items that were initially purchased with 'free shipping' will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the return credit.
Unless otherwise specified by Two Brothers Pet Supply, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for any damage or lost items being returned. For this reason we require returns be sent via UPS and FedEx. We also strongly recommend that you insure the item you are returning for the full replacement value.This will protect you and allow you to recoup the cost of the product should the item be damaged or lost on the return shipment. And, PLEASE keep record of your return shipping tracking number.
All items being returned must be received by Two Brothers Pet Supply within 30 working days of the day your RMA number is issued. Any returns received beyond 30 working days, without prior consent from Two Brothers Pet Supply will be automatically refused and sent back to the customer without refund.
If you receive an item and find it to be defective BEFORE INSTALLING the product you have 30 days to contact Two Brothers Pet Supply. We can then arrange for the return shipment and reshipment of a non-defective replacement immediately, at no cost to the customer.
In the event that you HAVE INSTALLED the item, and then determine the product is defective, you must contact the manufacturer of the product directly and work with them under the manufacturer's warranty for the product. Two Brothers Pet Supply does not directly offer any warranty coverage for any of the products on our website, however all the products are backed by manufacturer's warranties.

Some products have additional return policy guidelines as some of our manufactures have more stringent return policies. These extended / restricted policies can be found by going to the actual product page and linking to the Return Policy and Warranty information provided, or by clicking on the manufacturer's below for the product you intend to purchase, or have purchased. In some cases, restocking fees, and shorter return time guidelines are applicable, so it is very important to understand the return policy for the product you are purchasing before you buy.

Product Exchange Policy
Should you wish to Exchange the item you are returning for another product, Two Brothers Pet Supply asks that you please follow the same procedure above for obtaining an RMA and returning the product.
If you are under time constraints and need the new product as soon as possible, we ask that you please place a new order, paying in full and the new item will be shipped out as soon as possible. When your return is received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the return policy, Two Brothers will then issue a credit as per the return policies described in our General Return Policy.
If you are not under any stringent time constraints, we are happy to wait until your return is received and inspected and then contact you to apply your store credit toward your new order. This process takes a bit longer to receive your new product, but limits activity on you credit card.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders must be canceled within 24 Hours, if they have not already been processed. Any order over 24 Hours old will treated as a return, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the General Return Policy above.
