All Carlson Pet Products purchased through Two Brothers Pet
Supply (www.twobrospet.com) are subject to the Two Brothers Pet Supply
General Return Policy guidelines. Customers MUST obtain an RMA number
(Return Merchandise Authorization). Additionally, an RMA request must be
submitted within 30 days of the customer's receipt of
the merchandise. After 30 days has passed, all sales are considered
final and the item is no longer returnable. Please be Advised that all items being returned must be in NEW,
UNUSED, and RESALABLE condition. Items
that are not returned in said condition will be refused by Two Brothers
Pet Supply. If an item is refused this means that it will be will be
returned to the customer without refund. All returned Carlson Pet
Products are subject to an automatic 15% Restocking Fee.
