Shipping Terms & Conditions

At Two Brothers Pet Supply, we do our best to bring you the best brands, at the best prices. We also take pride in being able to fulfill your order quickly. Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and ship out within 1-2 business days (24-48 hours). Every product on our site is denoted with an estimated shipping time frame. Additionally we do our best to bring you Free Ground Shipping on as many products as possible. All items with Free Ground Shipping are marked accordingly. Items shipped via Ground Shipping typically arrive in 5-7 days. Shipping costs listed are only for the 48 contiguous states. Any orders outside this geographic area require a shipping quote.

Expedited Shipping Service (3-day, 2-day, Next Day) is available on many products as well. If these shipping options are available, they will be presented to you when adding the product to the shopping cart. Some larger items (like Patio Pet Doors) cannot be shipped by Expedited Shipping. Due to their size and courier handling procedures, ground shipping is the only available method.

Important Note: Estimated shipping time frames, and days in transit DO NOT include Weekends and Holidays! For Example; if you order a product on a Friday, with 2-Day Air Shipping, that order will be delivered on the Tuesday following the weekend, not on Sunday. UPS, FedEx and DHL do not deliver on Weekends and most Holidays. 

Two Brothers Pet Supply CANNOT Guarantee or Promise a Delivery Date. However long it takes for an order to be delivered is completely based upon the courier's shipping service. When choosing an expedited shipping option it is important to take into consideration that most orders will take 1-2 business days for us to process and ship. If you order a product with a long lead time, we will ship the product using the expedited service selected as soon as the product is available for shipment.
